How Do I Join Baby Box's Rewards Program?
Either sign up in store, or create an account by clicking the link from this page! Please note that if you've signed up in store with us and want to use your account online you will need to create an online account. When you do this it is important to use the same email address provided to our staff at the counter if you want to link this up with your in store account.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online or in-store. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.
What won't earn loyalty points?
We have excluded shipping fees, gift cards, and hires from our loyalty points system. From time to time specific sale items may also be excluded from our loyalty points system at our discretion.
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. Or, if you would like to use your reward in store just ask at the counter.
What if I forget to provide my name when I make a purchase?
If you made a purchase in store and forgot to give us your name, so you haven't received any rewards points, just contact us and let us know. If you have the receipt and we can find the transaction in most cases we can go back and assign the reward points to you. Please do this quickly though as it is sometimes difficult to find historic purchases! It can also take us some time to add the points in as this requires a manual override. We are only human and will do our best for you but please note that we do reserve the right to not provide rewards points in these circumstances.
Terms and Conditions
- Baby Box Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
- Coupons can only be redeemed once and may expire.
- If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
- If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- Loyalty is non-transferrable. You can't gift it to someone else, but you can buy them a gift using your loyalty. You also can't exchange loyalty points for cash.
- Loyalty is non-refundable. If you purchase something with loyalty and return it, you will only be refunded the balance you paid with cash/credit. You will not be refunded the loyalty $ related to the sale.
- Loyalty is not offered to trade customers or on top of staff discounts.
- Baby Box Ltd reserves the right to cancel this loyalty program at will. If the loyalty program is cancelled, we will give you a month's notice so you can use your loyalty in store.
- When you spend loyalty $, you won't earn loyalty $. This means that if a transaction would normally result in loyalty rewards, but you used your loyalty discount to make the purchase, you will not earn those loyalty points.
- Only items purchased from us will earn loyalty. This means things like gift cards, shipping charges, or hires, will not earn loyalty $.
