Returns

Changed Your Mind/ Doesn't Fit/ Not What You Expected?

We are happy to accept returns and exchange for store credit, within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is still new and unused, in its original packaging (which includes having all tags, packaging and manuals), and you have proof of purchase.

Shipping

If you need to return something to us that you purchased online, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the product to us, or you can bring the product back to our store. Please make sure that you consider the time it takes to post the product, as we will not accept returns if we receive them outside of the 14 day timeframe. (Note that we will start your 14 days from the date you received the item.)

Sale Items

Sale items are not returnable, and are non refundable unless faulty/damaged, so please choose carefully when buying sale items in particular.

Faulty Items

For faulty or damaged items we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Outside the 14 days

Unfortunately with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 14 days of purchase (or receipt by you if an online order). We will attempt to contact you to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you.

Gift Cards 

Gift cards can not be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 2 years after date of issue. Please treat your gift card as cash.
