Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns
- If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.
- The item must be in new condition and suitable for resale.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item, including shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for valuable items to ensure safe delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will comply with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and other applicable consumer legislation. Please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. If we receive items that don’t meet the return criteria, we will send them back to you at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned for Change of Mind but may be accepted at our discretion:
- Large or bulky appliances and furniture
- Cosmetics, beauty, and personal care products where hygiene seals are broken
- Perishable goods and food items
- Some pantry products and jewelry
- Adult toys and sexual health products
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or made-to-order goods
Please note that opened or used car seats, strollers, and other personal safety items cannot be returned or resold for safety reasons.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 2 years after the date of issue. Please treat your gift card as cash.
