BABY BOX LOYALTY REWARDS

You can unlock your rewards from the Widget on our website or via email. This will create a unique coupon code which can then be used in store or online.

To check your total points, and what rewards are open to you, simply login via the Widget on our website using your email address. 

We also offer a referral credit. This is a fun and easy way to share the store with friends. You can create your own Referral discount when logged into the Widget on our website.  When your friend uses that code, this unlocks an additional bonus for you too.

1. This rewards system is a good will discretionary loyalty program. With this in mind, Baby Box Ltd is not contractually obligated to continue the program or to compensate participants if the system is cancelled.
2. While active the following applies:

• Baby Box Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons or reward points at any time.
• Coupons can only be redeemed once and may expire.
• If you redeem a coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance is forfeited.
• If you return items purchased with a coupon, the coupon value or discount is subtracted from the return credit or refund.
• Reward points and Rewards are non-transferrable. You can't gift them to others, but you can buy a gift using your own Rewards. You also can't exchange Reward points for cash.
• Reward points are not offered to trade customers or on top of staff or other discounts.
• Baby Box Ltd reserves the right to cancel this loyalty program at will. If cancelled, we will endeavour to give you a month's notice to use rewards.
• When you spend Rewards you won't earn Rewards. This means that if a transaction would normally result in Rewards, but you used your Rewards discount to make the purchase, you receive no points for that transaction.
• Only items purchased from Baby Box Ltd are eligible for Rewards. This means items like gift cards, shipping charges, or hires, will not earn Rewards. 
• Sale items and discounted carts may be excluded and not incur reward points.
• If you make a purchase and points do not appear for any reason, please contact us and let us know. In most cases we can find the transaction and add your reward points in for you. However, some items and transactions are exempt from points. If your order does not attract points we cannot add them in for you.
