Our store is designed to be a hub for the local parenting community and their friends and whanau. For that reason we encourage click & collect: order online & pick up in store.

Yes, it is hard getting out with bub, but Baby Box is a great place to visit, talk to other adults, have a nosy and maybe even a cuppa, then go home with your online shopping score. Please consider doing so.

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

We charge $5 for NZ shipping on most items. However, large items like strollers and car seats are $20.

Courier companies

We use a service called GoSweetSpot to help us find the most effective courier for your package based on your location and the item you've selected.

GoSweetSpot courier companies are all reputable New Zealand courier companies. Most do weekday pick ups. We try ensure your order is in the next available courier after it is placed.

Delivery Times 

By using GoSweetSpot we can select the fastest shipping method. However, in terms of general expected timeframes for online deliveries during week-days:

• Otaki, Paraparaumu or Paekakariki is usually the same day.
• Mana-Wellington, overnight.
• Whanganui and Greater Wellington Region, overnight.
• Rest of the North Island 2-3 days.
• South Island 3-4 days.
• And rural delivery may take a little longer.
• Please let us know if your order is urgent. 
• Please also note that shipping times may be impacted by Public Holidays.

Tracking

GoSweetSpot allows us to track all our deliveries through unique labels which we print in store. Every time the label is scanned, we can track where your package is through the GoSweetSpot platform. We do our best to share that information with you by updating you at certain points such as when your package leaves the store.

Exceptions

Please note we do not ship Touchwood cots or large furniture items except by prior arrangement, and there may be an additional cost involved for these items. This is because Touchwood cots are so sturdily constructed specialist furniture carriers are required.
