Pre-Orders

Occasionally we offer high-demand products on a pre-order sale basis. We will not put a pre-order button up until we are confident that we can get this product for our customers. Where possible we will indicate estimated delivery timeframes.

 

Pre-Order Terms & Guidelines:

  • We recommend confirming the delivery timeframe for the specific item before you place a pre-order. Please let us know which product you're looking at when you inquire.
  • If you order a mixed cart (pre-order items combined with in stock items) we will ship the whole order when the pre-order item is available. You will receive a warning in the cart in case you want the items shipped separately. If you do want some items sooner, please create two orders.
  • You are welcome to use any of our buy now, pay later services (Afterpay, Laybuy, Genoapay or Zip) when pre-ordering. Please note, your payment plan will commence immediately. We do not offer in store layaway sales on pre-ordered product.
  • Once the pre-order item is received by us, we will send it on to you and provide a tracking number in the standard way.
  • We will communicate progress and keep you as up to date as we can.

 

Shipping timelines on pre-orders:

  • Please contact us to confirm.
  • When items are received by us we will update you.
  • When items are sent from us, our standard delivery timeframes apply and tracking information will be sent to you.
  • Please allow for extended shipping times on pre-ordered items. While we are confident in our delivery estimates, some times shipping takes longer than expected due to the unforeseen - particularly for international deliveries which work through multiple customs processes. Please bear this in mind if purchasing for a specific date or deadline.
  • From time to time, to ensure you receive your shipment faster, we may ask distributors to ship directly to you if this is possible. However, in most cases, your order will come through our store first. This helps us manage the delivery and ensure quality.
  • We will notify you of delays to your order or of any details related to direct shipments.
